About Project

At SEN FEEDS, we were entrusted with a comprehensive fabrication and erection project. Our team delivered precise and efficient solutions tailored to their specialized needs, ensuring the installation of high-quality structures and equipment. Through meticulous planning and execution, we contributed to the seamless operation of their facility, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in industrial fabrication.

Our Client’s Challenge

Developing and maintaining transformation programs in finance, logistics/supply chains, information technology, training and procurement to help foster cost effectiveness and efficiency without the loss of Defense capability. Taking advantage of opportunities to help reduce costs while maintaining operational capability through partnerships with the private sector.

Our Approach And Solution

For the SEN FEEDS project, we focused on delivering precision and efficiency in every aspect of fabrication. Our approach involved detailed planning and coordination to ensure seamless execution. We utilized advanced technology and high-quality materials to meet the specific requirements of the project. Our team worked closely with the client to understand their needs and provided innovative solutions that enhanced the overall functionality and durability of the structures. The project was completed within the stipulated time frame, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Our Approach And Solution

The $4 million project was successfully completed in two separate phases with both phases coming in on schedule and the overall costs coming in under budget. Emergency repairs to the facility were completed on December 11th, 2014 which allowed for the facility to operate through the critical winter months. Permanent electrical repairs along with less critical site deficiencies were completed in April and May of 2016 when a longer facility shut-down could be tolerated. In order to meet the required schedule, TransGas delegated procurement and construction management services to WSP.
