About Project

We had the opportunity to work with SREEMA GROUP, delivering a comprehensive fabrication solution tailored to their specific needs. This project involved the precise execution of structural and industrial fabrication, ensuring top-notch quality and adherence to strict timelines. Our team collaborated closely with SREEMA GROUP to meet their expectations and achieve their project goals, showcasing our commitment to excellence in every detail.

Our Client’s Challenge

Developing and maintaining transformation programs in finance, logistics/supply chains, information technology, training and procurement to help foster cost effectiveness and efficiency without the loss of Defense capability. Taking advantage of opportunities to help reduce costs while maintaining operational capability through partnerships with the private sector.

Our Approach And Solutions

For the “SREEMA GROUP” project, we implemented a tailored approach focusing on precision engineering and efficient execution. Our team meticulously planned and executed the fabrication, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications. We utilized advanced technology and high-quality materials to deliver a robust and reliable solution, meeting the project’s deadlines and quality expectations.

Our Approach And Solution

The $4 million project was successfully completed in two separate phases with both phases coming in on schedule and the overall costs coming in under budget. Emergency repairs to the facility were completed on December 11th, 2014 which allowed for the facility to operate through the critical winter months. Permanent electrical repairs along with less critical site deficiencies were completed in April and May of 2016 when a longer facility shut-down could be tolerated. In order to meet the required schedule, TransGas delegated procurement and construction management services to WSP.
