About Project

In this project, our fabrication business successfully delivered customized solutions for ANMOL FEED, focusing on precision and efficiency. We handled the complete fabrication and installation of essential structures and equipment, ensuring optimal performance to meet the client’s specific requirements. This project demonstrates our commitment to quality and excellence in the feed industry.

Our Client’s Challenge

Developing and maintaining transformation programs in finance, logistics/supply chains, information technology, training and procurement to help foster cost effectiveness and efficiency without the loss of Defense capability. Taking advantage of opportunities to help reduce costs while maintaining operational capability through partnerships with the private sector.

Our Approach And Solution

For the ANMOL FEED project, we began with a comprehensive assessment of the client’s requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their operational needs. Our team then designed and implemented a tailored fabrication solution, focusing on precision, efficiency, and durability. Through meticulous planning and execution, we delivered a structure that not only meets industry standards but also enhances the client’s production capabilities. Our commitment to quality and timely delivery ensured the project’s success, leading to a satisfied client and a robust, reliable facility.

Our Approach And Solution

The $4 million project was successfully completed in two separate phases with both phases coming in on schedule and the overall costs coming in under budget. Emergency repairs to the facility were completed on December 11th, 2014 which allowed for the facility to operate through the critical winter months. Permanent electrical repairs along with less critical site deficiencies were completed in April and May of 2016 when a longer facility shut-down could be tolerated. In order to meet the required schedule, TransGas delegated procurement and construction management services to WSP.
