The FEED MILLING TECH project was a comprehensive fabrication and installation endeavor focused on the design, construction, and commissioning of a state-of-the-art feed milling facility. Our team successfully delivered a turnkey solution, managing every aspect of the project from structural fabrication to the installation of critical milling equipment.
Key components of this project included the fabrication and erection of metal structures, hoppers, silos, conveyors, and elevators essential to the milling process. We also ensured that all equipment was precisely commissioned to meet the client’s specifications, optimizing operational efficiency and safety.

Our Approach And Solution
For the “FEED MILLING TECH” project, our approach was centered around precision, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards. Our Approach And Solution
The $4 million project was successfully completed in two separate phases with both phases coming in on schedule and the overall costs coming in under budget. Emergency repairs to the facility were completed on December 11th, 2014 which allowed for the facility to operate through the critical winter months. Permanent electrical repairs along with less critical site deficiencies were completed in April and May of 2016 when a longer facility shut-down could be tolerated. In order to meet the required schedule, TransGas delegated procurement and construction management services to WSP.
