About Project

The “Palan Export & Import” project involved the fabrication and installation of high-quality industrial structures tailored to meet the specific needs of the client’s export and import operations. Our team ensured precise engineering, robust construction, and timely delivery to support the seamless functioning of their facilities. This project stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence in industrial fabrication.

Our Client’s Challenge

Developing and maintaining transformation programs in finance, logistics/supply chains, information technology, training and procurement to help foster cost effectiveness and efficiency without the loss of Defense capability. Taking advantage of opportunities to help reduce costs while maintaining operational capability through partnerships with the private sector.

Our Approach And Solution

For the “PALAN EXPORT & IMPORT” project, our approach centered on precision and efficiency. We carefully assessed the client’s specific requirements, ensuring a customized solution that aligned with their operational needs. Our team meticulously planned the fabrication process, leveraging advanced techniques and high-quality materials. The result was a robust and reliable installation that met the client’s expectations and enhanced their operational capabilities.

Our Approach And Solution

The $4 million project was successfully completed in two separate phases with both phases coming in on schedule and the overall costs coming in under budget. Emergency repairs to the facility were completed on December 11th, 2014 which allowed for the facility to operate through the critical winter months. Permanent electrical repairs along with less critical site deficiencies were completed in April and May of 2016 when a longer facility shut-down could be tolerated. In order to meet the required schedule, TransGas delegated procurement and construction management services to WSP.
