We successfully completed the fabrication and erection work for SHALIMAR HATCHERIES LTD. This project involved the construction of specialized structures designed to support the company’s hatchery operations. Our Approach And Solution
For the SHALIMAR HATCHERIES LTD project, our team meticulously planned and executed the fabrication and erection of essential structures. We focused on delivering high-quality materials and adhering to strict timelines, ensuring the project’s success. Our approach included a detailed analysis of the client’s requirements, customized design solutions, and seamless coordination with all stakeholders. The result was a robust, efficient infrastructure that met all operational needs while ensuring durability and safety.

Our Approach And Solution
The $4 million project was successfully completed in two separate phases with both phases coming in on schedule and the overall costs coming in under budget. Emergency repairs to the facility were completed on December 11th, 2014 which allowed for the facility to operate through the critical winter months. Permanent electrical repairs along with less critical site deficiencies were completed in April and May of 2016 when a longer facility shut-down could be tolerated. In order to meet the required schedule, TransGas delegated procurement and construction management services to WSP.
